Planning Permission Granted!

Change of Scene have received an early Christmas present when planning permission was finally granted for the building on our new site at a Waverley Borough Council meeting held on 17th December.

Due to opposition a decision, which had been expected in November, was referred to the committee, leading to a long, anxious wait for the charity. 

After heartfelt speeches by both CEO, Pam Robinson and Clare Armstrong, mother of an attendees demonstrating how much Change of Scene means, the committee was unanimous in their decision to grant planning.

We will now get down to the serious business of fundraising to make sure we have enough money to fund our beautiful new building.
