Spring has certainly sprung at Change of Scene. Our pond is alive with many frogs coming to lay their eggs. Female frogs lay thousands of eggs each year because many do not survive into adulthood.
We took some frogspawn to raise in a tank so that we can observe the changes that thhey undego for ourselves. We now have some tadpoles. Can you spot them?
Once they have turned into froglets we will release them back to our pond.
